Johanna Green Health & Fitness, based in Alexandra Park in North London, helps men and women over 30 who choose not to exercise in a regular gym environment, get fitter and healthier, and very importantly to stay fit and healthy.
We pride ourselves on making our outdoor Alternative Bootcamp and Nordic Walking classes the perfect balance of challenging and enjoyable, and are able to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels.
Myself and my team of qualified fitness coaches share a love of the outdoors and the creativity, variety and functionality that it lends to exercising. We are experienced, personable and approachable and all have our own style, while maintaining a consistent core approach.
Being active and exercising all year round, in all weathers, relies on a ‘can do’ attitude and a love & appreciation of the natural environment. Our ‘ all weather gym’, set in beautiful surroundings near to Wood Green, Crouch End, Hornsey and Muswell Hill, will help you achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals faster and easier, and our team of instructors will ensure that exercises and intensity gradually progress for each individual.
