I started training sessions with Johanna as part of a drive to lose weight and get fit. We set out some clear goals and I committed to a programme of exercise and healthy eating.

Although I only had one session a week with Johanna she helped motivate, encourage and support me – knowing she would check up on my progress helped me stick to my targets.

In 4 months I lost 2 stone and 5 inches off my waist and most importantly I felt a really marked improvement in my fitness and general health. I still train every week with Johanna in Alexandra Palace in sunshine or snow and I absolutely love it.

I feel great and credit Johanna with providing the unswerving professional support and motivation for getting me where I am now!

She is supportive, enthusiastic and encouraging and as a 60 year old who isn’t prone to such regular vigorous exercise, have not only benefited from the sessions, but have also surprised my self by actually enjoying them.

Johanna makes an excellent personal trainer. She is friendly, relaxed – but focused. She has helped me immeasurably in getting back into shape after baby number 2.
